1.Hon-tachiki
Hontataki

2.Wide chisel
Hiromi
It is the same type as hon-tachiki and has a blade width of 1 inch and 2 minutes or more. The thickness of the tip is slightly thin (medium-thin type). The surface parallel to the fiber of the structural material is used in Shaving. The blade width is usually between 1 inch and 2 inch.
3.Medium thin chisel
Chuusuno only
It is the same type as hon-tachi, and the tip of the tip is slightly thin. The usage is the same as honbaki. The blade width is usually between 1 minute and 2 sun (a wide chisel for more than 1 sun and 2 minutes).
4.Nakatachichichisel
Chutataki no only
It is a chisel between a medium thin chisel and a large chisel. The thickness of the tip is slightly thinner than the medium-thin type, and the length of the tip and neck is slightly longer than that of the chisel. The length of the neck is about 1 inch and 8 minutes. It is used for both structural materials and construction materials. The blade width is usually between 1 minute and 1 inch and 6 minutes.

The thickness of the ear tip is relatively thin, and the length of the ear tip and neck is short. The length of the neck is about 1 inch and 5 minutes. It is mainly used for small work. The blade width is usually between 1 minute and 1 inch and 6 minutes.
6.A ward chisel
Mukomachi only
The thickness of the tip is thick, the blade width is narrow, and it has a rectangular cross section. There is no difference in width between the tip and neck, and both are long and sturdy. It is also called a fittings shop chisel because it is mainly used to dig hole holes in fittings. The blade width is usually between 5 rin to 6 min.
7.Two-way ward chisel
Nihonmukomachi no only
It refers to a ward chisel in which the tip is divided into two legs. The blade width is almost constant, and between the blade and the blade is 1. 5 minutes, 2 minutes, 2. I have 5 minutes. Two holes of fittings can be dug correctly at the same time. The blade width is normal for 2 minutes.
