Overview
Using old wood 400 years ago, we make incense boxes (kobako ... boxes for storing incense sticks and incense sticks).
※Because it is an old material, each item has a different texture. (The picture is an image.)
＊This workshop is a related event of The Anatomy of Tategu The Work of Traditional Japanese Joinery Revealed, a special exhibition commemorating the 40th anniversary of the opening of Takenaka Carpentry Tools Museum.
