"The carpenter ridge of Owari Mikawa"

Mataemon Okabe, who was appointed as Azuchi Castle by Nobunaga Oda, and carpenters of Mikawa and Totomi Hamamatsu who served Ieyasu Tokugawa and worked hard to build Edo Castle, and their descendants served Hidetada Tokugawa and Iemitsu, Kamakura Tsuruoka Hachiman Shrine, Zojoji Taitokuin mausoleum and Mikawa Iga Hachimangu Shrine shrine hall. Heizaemon Ito, who served as the master of the Mieido Higashi Honganji Temple, and Toemon Takenaka, who laid the foundation for the modern construction industry from the miyadaiku ridge to the modern construction industry, played an active role after the Meiji Restoration. This section explains the carpenter ridges of Owari and Mikawa, which were active in the modern era from the modern era, while introducing representative architectural works.

Profile
Born in Kagawa Prefecture in 1956. Graduated from Nagoya Institute of Technology. He is currently a professor at Nagoya Institute of Technology after working at the Association for the Preservation of Cultural Properties and Buildings. Doctor of Engineering. Majored in the preservation and restoration of Japanese architectural history and cultural properties. He has authored "Nippon Architectural Classics 9 Early Modern Architecture Book Painting Hinagata", "Former Kiichiro Toyoda House Relocation and Restoration Work Report", "Record of Ho Kumoyama Renkyoji Preservation and Restoration Work", co-authored "Nihon Sangyo Technical History Encyclopedia", "Japanese History of Visual Version Castle", "Tea Ceremony University 6 Tea Room / Open Field" and many others.
