6 Mr. Sadahide Chiyozuru of Miki

I visited Mr. Sadahide Chiyozuru of Miki several times. Sadahide is 75 years old this year, and has been making planes for more than 60 years, and was awarded the Yellow Ribbon Medal last year in 1957. On the day of the award, he was delighted to go to Tokyo even if he crawled, but suddenly fell ill and was hospitalized at dusk.

Sadahide-san seems to be difficult to see, but when he leaves work, he is a good grandfather. The blacksmith is early in the morning. It will be held around 3 p.m.

"The best pleasure is to finish your work and have a cup of good food. All you have to do is sleep after drinking. I don't have any other hobby," he said. "But if my teeth came out like this, I'm happy to eat." It was the phantom sake "Koshino Kanume" that he took out because it was a arrival, but there was still a cup left.

I was asked if there was still a soba shop called Sarashina in Ginza, Tokyo.

"When I went to Tokyo for the first time, I couldn't forget the taste of the soba, which was a treat to Mr. Korehide, so I went alone for the second time, but I didn't know how to order it, so I was finally able to ask for it."

After that, when I took some sake appetizers, I returned the delicious "jako" dried fish. The taste of "Chikara" which I left until New Year was exceptional.
