"Technology and Heart" Lecture "The Story of a tiled roof talking with a craftsman"

Yoshiyoshi Suzuki, a leading expert in the restoration, restoration and research of old architecture, and a disciple of the father of tile roofing artisans at the age of 14, welcomed 70-year-old tile carpenter, Seiichi Yamamoto, to talk about the charm of ancient architecture and ancient tiles. He will talk about the relationship between old architecture and tiled roofs, the commitment to the production and roofing of ancient tiles, and the handing down of technology, including episodes at the construction site. It is a valuable story that can only be heard by two large veterans who have been active on the front line for half a century. Please come and visit the venue.

Workshop "Let's Make onigawara Cookies!"

Why don't you make onigawara, which is on a tiled roof, which you don't usually see, with the original recipe, delicious cookies? An ancient onigawara made by kneading soil, fitting it into a mold, taking shape, baking it and completing it. I enjoy learning the process through making onigawara cookies.
