[Important] Requests to Visitors and Opening Times (Updated 12.24)

the museum has been open since May 28, following the release of declaration of a state of emergency.
As a result, we are working to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, so please check the following items in advance before visiting the museum.

For the time being, the opening hours have been changed as follows.
 Morning section / 9: 30-12: 00 (final admission: 11:30)
 Afternoon section / 13: 00-16: 00 (final admission: 15:30)
※Please note that the area between the morning and afternoon sessions is temporarily closed for disinfection and cleaning in the hall.

[Request to Customers]
※Please refrain from visiting the museum if you have fever, cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc. even if it is mild, or if you are not feeling well.
 In some cases, we may ask you to take a temperature measurement or ask the staff to leave the building.
※Please be sure to wear a mask when visiting the museum. Please refrain from entering the museum if you do not wear a mask.
※Thank you for your cooperation in hand washing. Soap is installed in each washroom, and disinfectants are installed near the entrance of the hall and near the hands-on exhibition, so please use it.
※Please refrain from talking at short distances and watch it at intervals of about 2 meters with other people.
※Please keep a certain distance between customers at reception and at the shop.
※Please do not touch exhibits, display cases, and walls other than Hands-On.
※Please refrain from visiting groups or groups.
※Please use the Hyogo Prefecture COVID-19 tracking system. Or, please note the date and time of your visit by yourself. If a infected person outbreak is confirmed in the museum, we will also inform you on the the museum website.

※A disinfectant will be installed near the entrance of the museum, and each washroom will be equipped with liquid soap so that it can be used by customers.
※A disinfectant will be installed near the hands-on exhibition so that it can be used.
※Where many customers touch, we will strengthen cleaning with disinfectants and increase the frequency of cleaning.
※The staff will respond after wearing a mask. In addition, the reception staff will also wear gloves and respond.
※Trays will be used to pay the admission fee and transfer money when purchasing goods.
※Admission may be restricted so that the hall is not excessively crowded.
※We have reduced the number of seats in the video library and break rooms. In addition, the book corner is still closed.
※The hand dryer in the toilet is stopped.
※For the time being, some Workshop Room events and gallery talk services will be suspended.
※For the time being, we will reduce the number of items sold at the museum shop.
