Overview Makoto Kuzumi, who had been studying in Sakan plasterers since childhood and had mastered a variety of techniques when he was 20 years old, still moved to Kyoto to pursue his traditional construction work. In Kyoto, technology was natural for us to be able to do it, and it was a world where harmony was required. Sakan plasterers's knowledge is not enough, it is important to be familiar with other jobs and materials, and to see what is required there. How can you behave freely without being bound while knowing the tradition? I would like to talk about Mr. Kusumi's challenge.
