Why don't you make onigawara, which is on a tiled roof, which you don't usually see, with the original recipe, delicious cookies?
An ancient onigawara made by kneading soil, fitting it into a mold, taking shape, baking it and completing it. I enjoy learning the process through making onigawara cookies.
We invite a professional Padisier as a lecturer, knead it from the powder, put it out in a mold, and bake it in the oven, just like the tiles.
Is hot cookies the same as the roof tiles made from the kiln? Please feel the heat. Of course, the taste and volume are perfect.
*Please choose two from three mini onigawaras.
*There are 500g dough per person, two onigawara-type cookies and the extra dough can be taken home.
